Pearl Blanc de Blancs is a sophisticated, deeply textured, and luxurious expression of our winemaking philosophy, crafted to showcase the ultimate elegance and complexity that Chardonnay can achieve. This exceptional 2022 vintage is produced using the tank method (Charmat method) but is distinguished by an extended period of lees aging. This longer contact with the yeast imparts a magnificent structural depth, creamy texture, and complex autolytic notes usually reserved for the finest sparkling wines.
In the glass, it reveals a brilliant, golden-yellow color with green highlights, driven by an incredibly fine, dense, and persistent stream of silky bubbles. The bouquet is remarkably rich, complex, and evolved, opening with bright notes of ripe yellow apple, lemon curd, and white peach, layered over indulgent aromas of toasted brioche, fresh butter, roasted hazelnuts, and a subtle mineral undertone. On the palate, Pearl Blanc de Blancs is full-bodied, creamy, yet wonderfully crisp.
