Our Pinot Noir 2025 is a beautifully poised, sophisticated, and delicate expression of our winemaking philosophy, crafted to highlight the grape's legendary elegance while embracing the rich energy of our land. Benefiting from the brilliant Macedonian sun, this exceptional 2025 vintage presents a slightly deeper, more intense color profile than traditional cool-climate styles, without sacrificing an ounce of the variety's signature finesse. Carefully fermented to protect its pristine fruit profiles, this wine is a masterclass in balance, offering a velvety texture and an incredibly expressive, delicate structure.

In the glass, it reveals a brilliant, deeper translucent ruby-red color. The bouquet is instantly seductive and multi-layered, unfolding ripe aromas of black cherry, wild raspberry, and red plum, elegantly framed by subtle undertones of forest floor, red rose petals, and a delicate touch of sweet spice. On the palate, this vintage is remarkably harmonious. It features a medium-bodied, silky texture driven by ultra-fine, smooth tannins and a refreshing, well-integrated acidity. The wine coats the mouth with effortless elegance, leading into a long, clean, and beautifully perfumed fruit finish. Shaped for a classic, timeless reflection of pure craftsmanship.
